This is one of the flagships in our fleet. This modern European design by Hymer Group in Germany is one of the only campervans in Hawai'i with a full kitchen, a bathroom, and indoor shower. It also comes with a screen for the side and back doors, a queen bed in the rear, optional front bed to sleep another adult or 2 children, and a nice dining area. There is storage underneath the bed, which can hold luggage, water toys, or even provide another place to sleep for the little ones. Since our Aktivs have been in our fleet for 6 years now, they do show some wear and tear and are priced accordingly, but still remain one of our most popular campervans for cruising around the islands.

Insurance Policy
Protection Packages provided during checkout are offered by Outdoorsy and not by Campervan Hawaii. These packages have a deductible equal to your security deposit and are an excess policy, so your own insurance will be the primary and Outdoorsy's protection package will be secondary to your policy.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 30 days from departure date less a $95 processing fee. Between 30 and 14 days of the departure date, 50% of down payment will be refunded. No refunds within 14 days of the departure date.

Number of People Camping in the Campervan $9/day
Mandatory
This fee covers the cost of wear and tear as well as outfitting the campervan with enough Kitchenware, Pillows, Sheets, Blankets, Bath Towels, Beach Towels, Camping Chairs, Etc. and is mandatory for each person, including infants and children.
Surf Board $7/day
This 8' board is easy to learn to surf on. It's fun to take out on some nice longboard waves.
Boogie Board $4/day
Rent instead of buy and help keep discarded boogie boards out of the landfill!
Adult Snorkel Set $5/day
This Oceanic Snorkel set has all you need to get out exploring the ocean. We have two sizes available.
Kids Snorkel Set $4/day
Great quality snorkel set for kids. The mask includes a GoPro holder so you can capture your snorkeling adventure. We carry two sizes which should fit small to large children.
BBQ Grill with Utensils. $25
1'x2' Charcoal Weber Grill with Utensils.
4 Person Tent $10/day
This 4 person square tent is easy to set up and comes with a footprint and rainfly.
Exped MegaMat Duo 10 Sleeping Pad $15/day
Double mattress to accommodate two people, the Exped MegaMat Duo 10 sleeping pad provides an extremely comfortable 3.9 inches inch thick, 77.6 x 52 inch wide sleeping surface which stays inflated throughout the night. It is mostly self inflating and includes a pump to complete filling to your desired firmness.
Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker $15
The speaker sounds amazing for its small size and is portable enough to take anywhere. The battery even last's up to 20 hours.
Safety 1st Grow & Go 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat $45
This car seat is built to fit children from infants to toddlers. Rear-facing 5-40lbs, Forward-facing 22-65lbs, and Belt-positioning booster 40-100lbs
Extra Camp/Beach Chair $15
1 chair is included for each person in the campervan. If you want more, we have more.
Extra Sleeping Set $25
This includes a queen size top & bottom sheet, blanket, 2 pillows with pillowcases. (This will fit the main bed in the back of the van, the small bed in the front of the van, as well as a blow-up mattress in the tent.)
Portable Power Station $15/day
Jackery Explorer 1500 Portable Power Station provides 1.5kWH of energy storage and has AC Outlets, DC carport, and usb charging ports to power things like computers, electric kettles, and other appliances while you are away form the campervan.
Thetford Porta Potti $59
This Porta Potti is a great addition to our Mercedes, Jeep, and VW campervans. The cassette can be emptied at any beach park or campground bathroom and it also includes a zip up case to stow away the unit when not in use.
After Hours Pick-up/Drop-off $35
6am-8am or 5pm-8pm
Our normal operating hours are 8am to 6pm. Should you require a pick-up or a drop-off earlier that 8am or between 6pm and 9pm, there is a $35 after hours charge. If you need to meet between 9pm and 12 midnight, please select "Late Night Pickup which is $65"

Front Bed $0
If you will be campervanning with two or more people, this bed spans the front seats and adds a 72" x 33" sleeping area which is good for (2) smaller children or (1) larger child or adult. This includes the bed, pillow(s), and bed linens. You can include this bed for free on any reservation of two or more people. This front bed is large and somewhat cumbersome to set up and take down everyday.
Underneath Rear Bed $0
If you will be campervanning with more than two people, this foldable mattress fits on the floor underneath the rear bed and adds a 57" x 24" sleeping area which is good for (1) child. This includes the bed, pillow(s), and bed linens. You can include this bed for free on any reservation of two or more people.
